Ductwrap Specs 

Duct Insulation shall be Thermotec Ductwrap manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene closed cell foam. The product must have a thermal conductivity co-efficient not greater than 0.034 W/nK at a mean temperature of 23C. The water absorbtion rate must not be greater than 2% after 28 days immersion. Where thickness exceeds 10mm the product must be flame laminated. The insulation shall be faced with a 4-Zero rated aluminium foil and where required have a self adhesive backing on one side. All joints should be sealed using Thermotec 72mm wide aluminium 4-Zero rated foil tape.
