E-therm is ideal for all wall systems including brick veneer and double brick cavity. E-therm comes in different widths and thicknesses to meet your building needs. E-therm also incorporates a 150mm foil flap on the longitudinal side of the product that can eliminate taping or overlapping in most building applications. This saves time and money during installation and ensures a vapour barrier that doesn't rely on tape for it to work.

1. Lay outer brickwork with all wall ties in place.
2. Where necessary clip E-therm round spacers moderately spread on wall ties and push against brickwork.
3. Roll out E-therm horizontally with Anti-Glare facing installer.
4. Adjoin the next roll making sure that the 150mm foil flap overlaps the bottom roll ensuring a vapur barrier.
5. Cut E-therm carefully around doors, windows and services ensuring a neat butt ensuring to minimise gaps.
6. All end joins should be taped with Thermotec's recommended E-therm 75mm reinforced aluminium tape or alternatively overlapped by rafter spacing.

1. Start at one end and roll out E-therm horizontally from the bottom fixing the E-therm to the internal wall frame.
2. When adjoining the next roll make sure that the 150mm foil flap overlaps the first roll.
3. Cut E-therm carefully around doors, windows and services ensuring a neat butt ensuring to minimise gaps.
4. All end joins should be taped with Thermotec's recommended E-therm 75mm reinforced aluminum tape or alternatively overlapped by rafter spacing.
